  2. Maintain safety and food quality standards
  3. Handler Certificate is required
  4. Able to pack take out the order while Manager’s absence.
  5. Ensure that none of the order has been missed
  6. Experience with long shifts
  7. Ability to keep daily, weekly inventory filled and organized
  8. Available to work a flexible schedule (e.g. days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  9. Ensure that business run in full capacity under budget control
  10. Able to handle many tasks at once
  11. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
  12. Maintain accurate food inventories
  13. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
  14. Follow Health Department regulations
  15. Rotate stock items as per established procedures
  16. Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
  17. Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are always cleaned and sanitized.
  18. The whole kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
  19. Able to read and follow standardized recipes
  20. Able to read order ticket
