Restaurant and Kitchen Manager

Restaurant and Kitchen Managers will take responsibility for the following duties on a regular basis:

  1. Highly responsible person
  2. Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
  3. Maintain safety and food quality standards
  4. Keep customer and team happy
  5. Handling complaints
  6. Keeping track of employees’ hours
  7. Some previous restaurants experience
  8. Food Manager and/or Food Handler Certificate is required
  9. Help cooks and other kitchen staff prepare ingredients e.g. slicing and dicing vegetables
  10. Ensure that none of the order has been missed
  11. Experience with long shifts
  12. Financial literacy
  13. Ability to keep daily, weekly inventory filled and organized
  14. Bilingual will be more advantage
  15. Understanding of local regulations
  16. Available to work a flexible schedule (e.g. days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  17. Ability to operate POS (point of sale) system, back-of-house systems, and the restaurant system
  18. Ordering food and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
  19. Ensure that business run in full capacity under budget control
  20. Able to handle many tasks at once and be a problem solver
  21. Active and enthusiastic
  22. Able to work under pressure
  23. Strong coordination
  24. Good decision making
